Affordable. Accessible. Excellent.
"If we desire respect for the law, we must first make the law respectable."

~ Louis Brandeis, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States

At its best, the law protects us when we are most vulnerable, promotes peace in our communities, and preserves the equal rights of all to live according to our own hopes and dreams. At is best, the law serves the interests of justice.

At its worst, the law protects those who know how to manipulate it, promotes discord among neighbors, and preserves the status quo in the face of demands for accountability and change. At its worst, the law serves the interests of those with the power to wield it.

The Daniel Firm exists to practice law at its best: to serve the interests of Nevadans whose lives intersect with the law for better and for worse: employees wrongfully terminated or subjected to unjust working conditions; entrepreneurs, small businesses and non-profits in need of guidance through contract negotiations and confusing regulations; and individuals and families who need a skilled advocate in their corner whenever their basic civil, human and constitutional rights to fair treatment under the law are imperiled.

We exist to serve our clients, our community, and the Constitution. We do so with honesty, integrity, and a commitment to professional excellence on par with the most reputable firms in our area, all at reasonable rates.

Above all, we Do Justice.
We represent public and private sector employees in a wide range of scenarios: contract and salary negotiations, workplace conflict resolution, separation and severance agreements, pay disputes, workplace discrimination, sexual harassment and hostile work environments, accomodations for workers with disabilities, whistleblower retaliation, and more. We have represented multiple clients before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Nevada employment agencies, and state and federal court actions.
The Daniel Firm understands small business because we are a small business. We know that nothing can be more daunting to long-time and would-be risk takers than navigating the maze of regulatory requirements we must comply with, or protecting our employees and assets from unwarranted liabilities. We have experience serving the transactional and litigative legal needs of a wide range of businesses and non-profit organizations, from "mom-and-pop" retailers to high-tech startups,
At the heart of The Daniel Firm is our fervent adherence to the attorney's oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States and all laws designed to protect individuals and groups from the arbitrary exercise of power and discrimination. Everyone is entitled to basic due process, or the opportunity to a fair hearing, to vindicate their rights. We therefore dedicate a portion of our practice to advancing among other things our First, Fourth, Eighth and Fourteenth Amendment rights of persons against government abuse, and fighting private discrimination under the Civil Rights Act and other state and federal laws.
